How does telehealth fit into the care model?
Our care model incorporates telehealth to expand access to behavioral health services. Providers use virtual tools alongside in-person care, ensuring flexibility while maintaining high-quality care delivery.
What types of providers do you hire?
We hire licensed clinicians, including Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs), and psychiatrists. Our team includes both in-person and remote roles, depending on the clinic’s needs.
Who are your patients?
We partner with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and Rural Health Clinics (RHCs) to serve underserved communities. Our mission is to expand access to behavioral health care for those who need it most.
What technology do you use?
Our tech platform includes tools for telehealth, scheduling, and patient progress tracking, as well as EMR integration to streamline workflows. We also offer analytics and reporting to enhance care delivery and optimize performance.
What kind of support will I receive as a provider?
We provide robust operational and clinical support so you can focus on patient care. This includes scheduling, compliance, credentialing, care coordination, and access to our collaborative provider network for monthly case reviews and consultation sessions.
Will I work in one clinic or multiple locations?
Our providers work at a single partner clinic, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with patients and integrate seamlessly into the clinic’s care team.
Are you a staffing firm?
No, Peregrine is not a staffing firm. When you join Peregrine, you become a full-time member of our provider team. We partner with clinics to deliver comprehensive behavioral health programs, and you are an integral part of that mission—not a temporary placement.
